Camp Information
Who is it for?
This is a weekend for young adults (18+) from Baptist Churches in the Riverina to gather together for fellowship, worship, teaching and all round fun. Our prayer is that each person leaves encouraged in their knowledge of and relationship with the Good Shepherd.
When:
27th-29th March, 2026
Arrive from 7pm Friday, with a light supper available before our first session together at 8pm
Hit the road by 2pm on Sunday, following lunch.

How much:
You have the option to camp or stay in a cabin. Price includes accommodation and food. We would love to see everyone there on Friday night, but have included a 1 night ticket, particularly with our youth leaders in mind.
Camping
- $125 per adult for 2 nights
- $105 per adult for 1 night (Sat)
Cabins
- $165 per adult for 2 nights
- $125 per adult for 1 night (Sat)
Day
- $60 per adult
Children under 5yrs are free.
Registrations close 15th March, 2026. Free t-shirt for rego's by 1st March.
NOTES
- If you'd love to come but can't quite afford it, please contact YA Pastor at Wagga Wagga Baptist Church, Sheldon, (pastor2@wwbc.org.au) - we'll be able to sort something out for you!
- During the retreat we will be reading the bible, praying, sharing in discussion and singing worship songs. People who are at any point on their faith journey are encouraged to participate in whatever way they feel comfortable.
- Accommodation is dormitory style, with an option to camp. You will be required to bring your own linen (and tent if camping). Full packing list will be sent out in an email closer to the date.
- Have kids but want to come? - We welcome children below school age and hope you can find care arrangements for older children. Please be aware that children remain the responsibility of their parents for the duration of this retreat. Children under 5 are free. Please list children on 1 parent's registration form and select the number of childrens' tickets you will need.
- We recognise that the information you disclose for the purposes of this retreat is your personal and private information. The details you provide will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy laws and only made available to authorised organisers on a need-to-know basis.
